Never Ending

The preacher or the piper, the hand gives way to fist
Feelings of great discontentment, the anger one can’t resist
Always been a watcher from distance I have seen
Mistrust and forsaken honor, broken hearts and shattered dreams
To hold onto such misfortune I do not know why this is to be
Not wanting to let go, why it is some choose to live with their own misery
What once was wrong, can be made right if you open your eyes and see
Someone is out there for all of us, to offer joy and love forever endlessly
To all those who have given up, I offer my words of hope
Love is a feeling never ending, never let die, never let go
