I thought you would- understand.
 I thought you would- forgive.
 I thought you would- see what I was trying to say.
 I thought you would- give me a reason.
 I thought you would- open that door.
 I thought you would- believe in me.
 I thought you would- be there for me.
 I thought you would- stay with me.
 I thought you would- never leave.
 I thought you would- care.
 I thought you would- but now I know you never will.
