Neptune
A grand blue mass of dreams and illusions
A Piscean planet of sensitive delusions
Light years away from the land we call home
Our very last neighbor in a space of its own
Only water lives here, forget about the sand
An icy blue atmosphere takes up all the land
It’s birthday comes once every 165 years
It’s rings barely visible, it’s like they disappeared
With supersonic winds, it’s a force of nature
And of the fourteen moons, Triton’s the major
This cerulean sphere has seen all the danger
It orbits so gracefully.. a beautiful stranger.
