Neither Fear Nor There

She's smart, sure and comfortable.
She's willing and worthy,
unknown and explored.
She takes chances,
she hears and ignores.
She's special and she really,
should be looking for more.

She's hangs around,
she twists me up.
Her lips, her kiss penetrates,
her skin feels so soft.
Closer I pull,
closer she comes.
For one moment in time,
nothing else matters.
I look in your eyes, we smile,
no before or after.
Here we are and here is where,
there is neither fear nor there.

Its a passion you can't fake,
or duplicate with a stranger.

Theres a lot that is ignored,
there are words unspoken.

It's something written off,
an impersonal engagement of casual lost.
It is what is because,
it was what it was.
But sometimes if feels like,
like the love that were both afraid of.
