Negative, Both Are Positive Too

Once there was verbal feud,
Between negative and positive;
Negative argued,
I am the right side;
And positive said,
No-no I am;
Third one 'The Time',
Interrupted in their feud;
No-no both are negative,
Both are positive too;
The timing constrains,
Situation to right or wrong,
As sweet fruit too rots, 
To fetor lousy odour;
Sun's beacon reaches one side,
The other side of earth is murk;
Both link together for creation,
When time comes;
Timing influences situation,
For both Negative and positive,
To chastise each;
As excess of everything is wrong;
