Needing You
Need a place to escape to,
but nowhere left to run
except perhaps down a bottle
or inside a loaded gun
need a place to hide in
because you left me so exposed
took my heart to open air
watched it decompose.
I need you like i did back when
your hand was mine to hold,
down the bottle, unload the gun
and feel yourself run cold.
