Ndeyako

Wanga waendepi nembwa yangu,
Kungo famba nayo bhuru mumashanga.
Vaviri vatatu muno pfurirana,
Siyana nembwa yangu ndapota.

Your dog is your dog pretty,
Put your dog on leash,
Give it good dog food,
Walk it around town,
Exhaust it before it leaves,
Lock your eyes like radar,
Do not blame me.

Wanga waendepi nembwa yangu,
Iwe imba yako yaka parara,
Zvino woda kuparadza yangu,
Siyana nembwa yangu ndapota.

Your dog is my friend pretty,
We have come a long way,
Would not want to see him fall,
Do you not see dogs have tails
They can do with some space.
