oh, I love the play on soul. Very fun. I agree.it's great medicine. btw. my doc is gonna operate on my shoulder, possibly the rotator cuff next week but he think my pain is not related. HE thinks it is something else entirely, such as fibromyalgia or something.that is why I need to find out what it is and do something before it makes me go nuts!!!
