Nature's Gift Unwrapped By Fall

A potpourri of imagery
Is nature's gift unwrapped by fall.
Bright colors burst from every tree!
A potpourri of imagery
sparks harvesting of poetry
ere winter shows her chilling pall.
A potpourri of imagery
Is nature's gift unwrapped by fall

Andrea, love the imagery of this one...very easy to see this! Yes, the rule of first word as title of haiku 'untitled' would be Summer...for the description of the arrival of fall:) lol

Wow Andrea, I love this! "A potpourri of imagery" is such a musical and lovely little phrase. The repetition of this phrase just sings as you read it and the lines that follow fall right in place. This also paints a beautiful and natural picture of my faovrite time of year. Thanks for sharing this beautiful poem. Joe
