Nature's Fireworks

Flowers are nature's fireworks. Especially in May. The explosion of color takes one's breath away. From the finest artists' hands, come morning, day and night, in all their different hues and every shade of light. Swaying in the wind, majestic, sleepy or gay; scenting the blustery air with heaven's secret bouquet. Feeding the hungry insects, drawing the busy bees, hiding the smallest forms, decorating spring's trees. The pink flowery beds, the evening velvet rose, subtle changes of smell lifting one onto their toes. So when you're feeling down, and energy begins to drain; think of nature's fireworks to fill your heart again.

Hello Ron, yes May is the time for flowers. If May starts off bring warm, then the flowers bloom early. If iit begins cold then the flowers take their time to bloom. Enjoy your evening my friend. /Darlene/

Hi Darlene, I love it when the deserts here bloom! It is glorious! A good deal of the year they look as everyone imagines, brown, just scrub sage and cactus, then, in the spring, the desert explodes with color, flowers everywhere, even on some cacti. This starts in April and is in full glory by May. I'm glad you enjoyed this piece Darlene! Ron
