"Flowers fade and decay through wintry hours- waiting for rebirth." Quote by Constance La France Autumn is here, post Summer's stay. Since time began, it's been that way! Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter all take stage. Then rebirth turns the page. The lovely flowers that had bloomed were made for beauty, yet were doomed. At Summer's end, they wilt and fall away- rest till the Spring's new day. Our trees now face a stage between Autumn and the cold Winter scene. From green to orange-red, then burnished gold- leaves wither, fall, and fold. And too, our lawns, once green and soft will wear a blanket from aloft of brilliant leaves, the stately trees once made protecting life with shade. For that's the cycle God gives all. Each season we cannot forestall. From birth to death, all living things decay- till rebirth finds its way!
