Nature's Calm
So soothing and calm, it can heal you,
The sun will warm you when you're lost.
Birds singing will help to silence the critic in your head,
The wind may blow away the dust from your chest.
Waterfalls and trees welcome you to free your mind,
The voices in your head are not you,
Dive into the lake and let them drown.
I have been there, so I know how it feels to be lost,
I hope you find solace in nature and release your fears and tears.
Stand up and speak to the trees,
The leaves will teach you that this too shall pass,
Not every season stays forever.
Every night will turn into a bright new day,
Every pain will become a beautiful lesson.
