Sarah/Sara=princess, woman of high rank, noblewoman, lady, or happy. Sara no h gives a modern, airy feel to the name. The sentimental part is that I was adopted (they did not change my name) therefore, I believe that I was named for my biological father's mother whose name was Sarah Alma but was called Alma. She may have been called Alma because she was named for someone in the family named Sarah as well. Please share with us your name's meaning.
