The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Napa Valley

hawks circle high
over ripening vineyards...
rabbits with red tongues

hawks circle high
over ripening vineyards...
bees sip zinfandel

hawks circle high
over ripening vineyards...
dusk brings wine splashed skies

the first and third were my favorites. Also some of the best I have read in the contest. I used to live close to Napa VAlley. Many many years ago!

Carrie 3 great Haiku. One of the best one I've read so far. I love the middle one the best. Best wishes, Connie
