Mystery of Life

A man not righteous,
Neither a sinner he be!
Tricked by fate
But would never accept defeat.
Started life's voyage late
But owns a ship fleet.

How can we say
Ambition and its proceeds be!
Why ask of this date
When in history, today will repeat
Man's deeds how do we rate
Only success the world greets.

The world rejected even God's son.
Who after death glowed like the
rising sun.
I do recall of how stars fall,
Have they no regard for all?
Even hungry and needy they feed
This I do recall.

Life a mystery.
From hard work and mastery.
In some cases avoidance of merry.
Many made history
This also is void and vanity.
