Mysterous Night

Mysterous night
 and I don't have time
 to think about it all
 This all the time.
 I am starting to remember
 I was scared and
 Ready for bed.
When a knock I heard at
 My front door.
I was alone with no one around.
 So I sat quietly
And tried not to make a sound
But then I heard a voice
It was a man who could this be
 This late at night
 Oh God help me.
He was on foot no car I seen.
My heart was racing ever so fast
 As the man yelled out
 Hey any body home
 I've run out of gas.
I dare not make a peep
As I sat still in my seat.
Thank God I heard him leave
What a mysterious night this turned out
