My World

MY Little World I Lay in my bed at nighttime as my mom reads to me; it takes me to another world where; monkeys cook veggie stew, giraffes swin in pools, deer eat cheese and drink wine, bears have picnics with their cubs at summertime and lions mow their lawn and paint their dens in blue and purple. When you are done reading, I continue to make-up my own imaginary world and when I laugh out when you are not doing anything funny, you look at me and then laugh with me just to make me feel that I am just okay being happy in my own little way By Glendine Martin from book: Through our eye ; Challenges are around only for awhile © 2009 Glendine Martin.
