My Words

My Words
In the midnight
Like hands of a clock unite.
Yet there is nothing
But a darkness
That extends like a great wall

And there is nothing
But a song of a sad angel
The darkness!
Stealing away the light of the day
As the stars and rhymes wet themselves
Keeping the nostalgia alive

Oh Lord .. My words are mute, dumb!
They're hallucinating
But have no roof
They're hallucinating and they spin

They're hallucinating and scream
Neither with a sea to sail
Nor a land to settle upon

Nor poetry to pronounce
No place to return to
My words are mute, dumb!

Oh Lord
They're oozing from oppression
They're raging and torn
They're bitter, cold and mean
They're aquatic, but with no liquid on my lips

They're pulsating, but with no heart to feel

They're resonant but have neither dusk nor dawn to awaken them
They're runaways with no eyelids to hide

They vanish with no papers to save
They fade out but with no roads to take them away
They're extinguished
Extinguished, convulsed
With no lap My words are dumb!
Deaf
And I am blind

O Lord I hear nothing
So let the echo carry gargling words to horizon
To sky
To the grass
Groaning over my grave
