My Wish

If I could come back I would be a bright star. I would dance up above and protect from afar. When the night got too long, yet you feared the day. Through your window I'd creep to vanquish evil away. To the sea I'd invoke as you watch from the sand. I would whisk you away to the moon with my hand. With my powerful light angry storms would subside. Not even a beacon could shine such a light! I would scare away evil who lurk in the mist. They would hide in the caves with one shake of my fist! A mere mortal I'll roam until my time is due. I'm your star who's earthbound brightly shining for you.
