My Wall
People can say mean words,
In an attempt to make me hurt.
But I won't cry a single tear,
Because I have nothing to fear.
Their words can't hurt me anymore,
Not like they used to hurt me before.
Because I've put up my wall,
And this time I won't let it fall.
I won't let the love come seeping in,
Because the last time had to end.
And now I put up my wall once again.
