In a world where nothing is certain
And hearts, they barely survive
I see in the distance one glimmer of hope
That makes me feel so alive
And nothing could ever stop this
The feeling I have, all the time
For knowing you’re near, my heart never fears
You make me feel so alive

I love your smile
And the way that it brightens

I love your touch
And the softness it brings

I love your look
As it appears to see through me

I love your lips
And the songs that they sing

And I love you….yes…I do

I never could see all this coming
The power you’d have over me
A life with just you is one which I’d choose
No other way that I’d rather be
I know in my heart you’re the reason
My life goes on day after day
I thank you my dear, for letting me hear
The words that you so often say

I love your smile
