My Voice Is An Echo In the Field

My voice is an echo in the field,
crying out to be heard and no one answers,
loneliness is my shadow and follows me,
it is hard to erase since you left me alone,
the howling wind sings its song of disown.

My voice is an echo in the field,
birds are singing and crickets chirp,
wild flowers are scattered throughout
they are all part of the orchestra of life,
interacting with each other not feeling my rife,

My voice is no longer an echo in the field,
one day I woke up to the sound of hope,
no longer feeling sorry for myself I was renewed,
a feeling of the glory of the promise of love,
a free gift from the lofty Heaven above.
