My Ups and Downs
L oving myself.
I nspiration to do things that I'm able to do.
M ind is hard to grasp.
I nvisable thoughts.
T rust that I can do for myself.
L iving up to myself.
E qual to others.
S imple things around me.
S aying the word HELP.
