My Universe

From the maternal gloom
into the light I came.
A start of nature’s bloom,
the end of winter’s reign.

And I was born by chance
where universal whales
splash fountains of the stars
with their gigantic tails.

From everywhere the winds
blow round horrific backs,
beams of the sunny rings
gleam on eternal necks.

And in the part it’s me
who praise all that matinee,
my cup is full indeed
here with a droplet yet.
