My Tribute To God, Life and Love
I give my tribute to God whenever I can,
For in the end He is my one true friend,
I give thanks to him for all that I get,
For without his redemption I would just be the devils pet,
I no longer have to live in continuous regret,
For my Father in heaven has my future set,
Our time here is short and it really does matter how we live,
So help those whose lives have been shattered to learn how to forgive,
Cherish each flash
For like thunder they crash
Embrace each instant
For our end is not distant
Enjoy the pouring rain
Don’t just constantly complain
Smell a blooming flowers
For they grow during times of showers
Taste the noonday air
And show others that you care
If you live for the moment
It will keep your mind sane
Dance in the snow
Let the flakes dissolve away your pain
Lay under the stars
Instead of embracing old gashes
The past is all over
You have become beauty for ashes
Tell those you love how you feel
Finish what you start and make a tight seal
Love is contagious so always let it show
Sometimes in life we get tainted and never let it go
But when we fall or just get jaded
Remember those scars will soon be faded
Sing from your soul
And let go of control
Then you will see things are simply fine
you’ll age gracefully like luxurious wine.
