Labella Dreams Poet I do not know?

My Tears

lying in bed in the darkness of the night
softly tears still slip from my eye
recalling how you held my hand
my head cradled on your chest
your soft tender caress
whispers of your past filled the air
and slivers of I love you touched my heart
wanting and hoping but fearing too
heart broken so many times
now nothing is left to even fix with glue
and still this foggy mist of you, clings to me
Why is it so hard to let go?
