The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

My Spirit Is Broken

My spirit is broken…
Dark and lonely,
Blue and grey,
Wet and dry,
Pleading to be whole!

My soul is empty…
Drained and sour,
Black and green,
Pushing and pulling,
Longing to be filled!

My heart is torn…
Skipping and painful,
Crimson and cream,
Slow and weak,
Praying for your return!

May every broken heart become undone and love return to erase the pain. Felt every stroke you wrote. DMB
