My Special Devotions When I was younger part five
Pardoned! Pardoned!
Pardoned! Pardoned! Sweet wonderful freedom
from the bondage of sin, gracious Savior, at
last is mine! For, I have been redeemed by your
grace divine! By your stripes, precious Redeemer, I
have been healed! At the foot of Calvary's Cross,
gladly will I kneel! Your precious blood purifies
my heart from it's sin and inequity! From the
fear of death and the grave, You set me free!
Oh Jesus Christ, my Lord, thank you for for freely
pardoning a poor condemned sinner like me!

What is A Friend?
Introduction
Will someone please tell me what is
a friend? Jesus answered my question
and said these words to me. They
helped me when I was feeling
so sad and lonely. I'd like to share
them with you. Maybe they'll help you
too.
A friend is someone you can talk to
who'll listen to what you have to
say. And when you really need him,
he won't turn you away. If you are
hurting inside, he'll pray for you. And
if you are really lonely, he'll stay with
you. He'll laugh with you when you're
happy and cry with you when
you're sad. A true friend will be with
you in good times and in bad. He'll
weep with you in moments of sadness
and rejoice with you in moments of glad-
ness. Yes, a true friend is someone who
really cares. And when you are really need a
friend, he's always there.

Gentle Jesus
Gentle Jesus I love you so very much
I need your special touch each night
and day. You guide my footsteps along life's
highway. Because of You, I need never t o
be afraid of what tomorrow might bring.
For each winter turns into spring.
Thank you, Jesus for listening to my
prayers. When I need you most, Your're
always there. It's nice to know you
care for me, my friends, and my family.

Change
A time for change must come. All must
contemplate on the will of God's Son.
Change can only come from within. All
must submit their wills to Him.
Freedom from the bondage of compul-
sive sins comes only from submission.
Forgiveness of all of our past sins comes
only from peace Him.
