My Special Being
Just like every other day
I journey through my memorable day
The very day I met this special being
A being I slightly criticized for having red eyes and being too black
Though, I acknowledged in my heart
That those eyes were beautiful
But I had no idea
That someday this being
Would be a blessing, a lesson, and be so important to me
Indeed, it is true
We don’t meet people by accident
They are meant to cross our path for a reason
A reason so vivid to me now
LOVE, the reason is love
I felt it and it feels good
Though scary!
When you feel too vulnerable
When just a smile melts your heart
When you try so hard to shut out the feeling but can’t
When no word can fully describe all you feel
Still, it feels so good
And I thank God for such a great privilege
To feel good
To meet and include this special being
In this beautiful and unforgettable part of my life this 2015
Alas!!! Let no one tell you otherwise
You are a special being
And am so sure
Because, only special people make you happy without doing anything
So, thank you my special star
Thank you for being who you are !!
