My Sparrow

I was wondering when you will come, the year is almost done, and here I am in this place with little hope of joining the human race again. Here I am in this peculiar place looking for an escape route but my hands are tied my pantry is dry and every corner there is a natural disaster .I thought of taking off in the sky but its benevolence has sunk in the deep and the energy is burning out of the sun.

They say that the weather will be fine but reality is staring in my eyes, the ground is soaking wet on the other side and the earth in front of me is dry and thirsty, and somewhere down the road, there is a white world running around the city and the children are making snow clowns.

See them standing over there with pointed nose and red lips, at first, they appear to be real, and the cab drivers could not take their eyes off them. If they were Delilah, it would pull them straight into the sorceress bed but they would rather have Athena as their bride and Aphrodite as their concubine and for a brief moment the sound of the train broke up the fantasy.

This thing has been going on for too long and I want to sing a brand new song, I want to create my own music and compose my own lyrics, it is the feeling you get when you are almost out of breath and you have nowhere else to go and you have to design a brand new show.

It is the show that is perfect for you, the show that will make your dream come through, the show that will get the lion out of the den and the show that will fill the stadium with sparrows, chicken, roosters and hen.

I will spend some time to work on it when you get me out of this horrible pit, I have waited so long for you to come but destiny is always on the run. I heard that you have been frolicking around the town wooing the night in your pajamas and night gown, I heard that you went climbing on the cliff and you went diving under the rocks and fill your pockets with night crabs and man made mushrooms; and the dinner they made for you was the perfect catch for destiny to hatch.

I don’t believe a word that they say and I know that if I wait good things will come my way, and what I heard will soon be passed away because bun and cheese will melt in your dreams.

You must let go off those mean dreams, they might come back and squeeze the life out of you, be careful of who let onto the boat, if they are not good, they will make you shout.

The journey has almost end and I have to start life all over again so please give the chance to live again. I am waiting for you to come.
