My Simple Christmas Poem
Christmas day is almost here
Makes me happy, gives me cheer
Family love, I hold that dear
Children's laughter, happy nights
Carol singing, all is right
Troubles seem to slip away
Everything good is ours today
Crisp white snow, sleepy eyes aglow
Giggles, smiles and big red bows
You have all my love
And I want you to know
That every day
is like Christmas
when I'm with you
