My Shooting Star
Racing across the Heavens
You are a light in the darkness
your light so bright that darkness dare not touch you
a spectacle! a sight to be seen
shining brighter than another star
i wish to catch you just for a moment
to look upon your beauty
but you are here one second and gone the next
one day i will see your light once more
so until that day i will be looking towards
the Heavens
in hopes of finding you
