My Shining Star

You're a genie of the lamp
your magic is too powerful
you shouldn't be allowed out on the street,
your beauty is compelling
your face is like a shining star
I'm praying for the day that we will meet.

You're a summer butterfly
elusive and so beautiful
the kind of thing that dreams are all about,
you're Cinderella at the ball
I'm captivated by your charm
and you have turned my whole world inside out.

This is just a treasure island
and you must be my treasure trove
I've been searching everywhere for you,
you're the sleeping princess
I want to be the handsome prince
that with a kiss makes all your dreams come true.
