My Secret Room

My hiding place
that’s what you are
My secret room
where I feel safe,
When I don’t know
what else to do
When I don’t know
which way to go
I come to you
In front of you
I raise my voice
Call out to you
Inside our meeting place
Where you wipe the tears
and tell me the truth
about my true self,
that it is not minute
In your presence,
Then is when I know
in your embrace
in the silence
In that secret space
That all is well
all is timeless...
