My Sacrifice

You're an angel
Sent to save my soul.
I've read the bible,
I don't want to know more.

How am I so lucky
To get you; perfection.
When you get less than you deserve--
Me; destruction.

We're opposites,
They say opposites attract.
You in your wings and white,
Me in my horns and black.

I was burning in Hell,
In the firing flames.
You dropped down from Heaven
And, with holy waterm, I was saved.

You''re my sacrifice,
I'd risk the world for you.
Darling, they don't see you
The way I do.
