My Rose
The most beautiful thing,
Joy to my life it does bring.
It is enticing but delicate,
It's beauty has no duplicate.
I have chosen one among many,
Amongst dollars I have chosen a rare penny.
I cut her from a garden of great beauty,
Loving her has become my only duty.
Her petals adorn my life,
She's the only bee and queen in my hive.
Her thorns stab at my handling hands,
Justified pain accompanied with unmet demands.
The most beautiful rose is mine,
A rose so angelic, so devine.
I water it daily with love and details,
For such beauty is rare and frail.
This is the rose I have chosen,
The one who brought warmth to a hear once frozen.
She's the only rose in my life,
The one I have chose to be my wife.
