My Prayer

My dear Father, who art in Heaven Oh, how I need You today--more than yesterday Hallowed be Thy name---the name of Jesus Lord, I need you now and always. I've been lonely--and I've been sad I've been angry--and I've been mad My heart's been heavy--my thoughts impure I kneel to pray--dear Jesus, you are the cure. My dear Father, who art in Heaven I know I can always turn to You Hallowed be Thy name--the name of Jesus Blessed Jesus--You are the cure. I pray to feel Your presence surround me I pray to feel Your love seep through My mind, my body, and my soul I kneel to pray, dear Jesus, to You. Forgive me, dear Father, who art in Heaven Forgive me, Lord Jesus, of my sins Hallowed be Thy name, the name of Jesus As I kneel down to pray--Amen.
