My Physio Chapter Seven

Lying on my bed,
Trying to keep myself amused,
Doing the physio for my knee,
I feel like I'm being abused.
Remembering to breathe,
While pain shoots through my leg,
Does anyone have,
A spare and sturdy peg.
Oh I can't wait,
Until I've finished this set,
But I've got to repeat them,
Another five times yet.
Stretch and release,
Lift my leg up in the air,
At least I don't have to shake it,
Like I just don't care.
When I've finished,
I can cool it down with ice,
Now that will be a relief,
It really will feel nice.
That's it I've finished,
This session is over and done,
It hasn't been easy,
It sure as hell, hasn't been fun.
