My Own Time

My time to heal 
my time to grow 
I am abundant 
this I know
  
I am a mighty force  
I have cried 
Yet I have laughed 
I have spoken
 
But I have listened 
I have harvested hope 
planted seeds sparingly 
I have moved mountains
 
while singing hymns
I have dance as, I have kneeled 
I have crawled, I have fallen 
I have triumph
