My Own Air Im Breathing

I’m on my own
Breathing my own air
My own clean air
Yea my air
mine

Why did I bother crying
While you lost your mind
Cause a piece of me was dying
You think I wasn’t trying
To stop you from flying
You were so high
I couldn’t reach, why?!

You think I lost nothing
During all of your hustling
My heart took a beating
At times it was bleeding
Yet you saw not one drop
Of my blood that was lost
You were so caught up in you
Nothing mattered but your due

Your happiness was all
That you felt or you saw
You pushed me down under
As you searched around for thunder
But I could always swim
And I pulled up my chin

I left with some bruises
Time will make them smoother
I’m so done with mind beating
And your nondescript cheating
I’m out now and leaving
My own air I’m breathing

I’m on my own
Breathing my own air
My own clean air
Yea my air
mine

Mine mine mine
Only mine
My own clean air
Yea my air
Mine
