My Only Love'
How can anybody say that they have only one love?
Well firstly I love the Lord above.
Of course, married, my first earthly love is my wife,
She calms me with the Lord, and the world's up-coming strife.
With the Lord, wife, and my Christians friends,
I study His word then I tend to recommend.
To study the Holy Book and be calmed by His power and strength,
With my wife, my first earthly love, I strive to go great lengths.
My only love? Well I have very many, not just one love.
My family, friends, my wife, are all a gift from above.
To fulfill what our Lord says, we love others,
So my only love? Well I have many, especially for my sisters and brothers.
Love comes at you in many ways, whether plants, hobbies or all friends,
They are a gift from the Lord, all the way to the end.
So love all as we are taught from the almighty,
remember that you have many love's, and you will benefit greatly.
