Notes About The Poem

My Nisus

My nisus to go out on the porch
Once again to write verse
About the orange fireball rising
A new day given its warm birth

The fireball casting pink and sand
Silhouetting pine trees
Wouldn't this be so awesome now
'Twould put my mind at ease

Gershon, It has been hard between the heat and the fractured pelvis for I have had to stay inside mostly lying in a recliner by day and the bed at night. A lot of pain for about 4 or 5 weeks. Thanks for the visit to my page. Sara
