My Mum
The time has come to part from the one you love
The angels have taken my mum to a safe place up above
You know she will always be looking down on you
Struggling with grief not knowing what to do
Upset and hurt all rolled into one
The realisation has hit me she really has gone
Learning to carry on with everyday life
Finding it hard but not giving up the fight
I sometimes wish the pain would ease
I cry so much I fall to my knees
I sometimes feel her presence with me
Like a guardian angel guiding me to be free
My mum was so gentle with a beautiful face
No one in this world will ever take her place
I LOVE MY MUM xxxx
