My Mirror Lies

Sometimes I can not believe
   the reflection looking back at me.
Who's that stranger that I see
   in the mirror resembling me.
How could I have noticed not,
   each new line and aging spot.
And even though I realize
  I'm still convinced, my mirror lies.
