My Master
My master awakes me from ignorance
Enlightening the life with light of knowledge.
As at the dawn the sun from deep sleep
With renewed conviction and courage.
He lifts me up every time I fall
While walking along the path of truth.
As the mother stands by her baby
When he learns to walk on the earth.
He protects me from the heat of sorrows
When I sit under the shadow of his lore.
Just as the road side old banyan tree
To the pedestrians in sunny summer.
His face is an ever blooming flower
Whose fragrance spreads far and wide
And attracts billions of unknown bees
To take them home giving a honey ride.
He is my source of inspiration
To act and achieve, reach and realize,
To give and serve and lit and light.
I bow down and bound to oblige.
