Vera Duggan Poet Rhyme

My Man

There is this man that I do know
His mind is always on the go
Peter Duggan is his name
And writing poetry is his game

Nature is what he is about
Of this I really have no doubt
His mind is always full of words
From dusk til dawn his pen does work

This my friends is who he is
With each new day I'm truly blessed
So proud to say he is my man
Forever and ever until the end

So Peter, I don't say  it much
But your the man I love so much
You make me happy and fulfil my life
These words they come from me your wife

Cherl Dunn December 3, 2015 at 5:41 PM Dear Vera We got the turkey already and I'm going to have to go and do more shopping I'm just getting for the little ones this year, and token gifts for the older kids, other than that I get the pets treats bones and catnip toys, but me and Patrick really enjoy the decorating it's our special thing to do together when he moves out I swear I'm going to be lost without him, well take care and let Peter know I said high from me and Tom, cheri

Cherl Dunn November 29, 2015 at 6:25 PM Dear Vera Glad you liked my favorite, it is a cool holiday poem, don't know where it came from but I started working on the idea and went with it, just love the piece though, we are working on Christmas decorating, started my shopping a few days ago, got my Turkey though, bet you can't wait for the gathering, it seems to becoming to quickly though for me, with work their just seems not be enough hours in the day if you know what I mean, but at least I'm trying right, cheri
