My Lullaby Tale
The air I inhale is for my lullaby tale...
for my baby birdling, can a melody I sing?
her nest I swing, but dreams, how to bring?
Wind howling gale, her frail wings and tail
to my arms cling, for living a new spring.
Comes a dark shrill cry, is that an owl's eye,?
lurky shadows creep, hush my baby, sleep!
Prayers go up in high, stars of fate dull sky
monitor makes beep, my heart jumps in a leap.
Oh !, she now can fly, my baby says goodbye!
A sleep forever so deep, no tears left to weep.
