My Love

On a crisp fall night
we go for a stroll in the moonlight.
Holding your hand tight
as we leave head into the night
sharing our day with each other.
Your face so radiant
as the moonlight
glistens off of it.
We feel our heart
sing a note
as I giggle at your joke.
Kissing your lips which are like honey
soft and sweet like the fall breeze.
I want to slow dance
as I embrace
you as you gaze
into my eyes.
My heart like fall leaves
all fluttering in the breeze
