Yes, I think Boss is even used by Americans (just saw your comment to Tom). I know the panic you must have felt. I have lost SO many precious things in my life such as my wedding ring as well!! (usually things recovered but so sad when they are not). Have not heard from you lately, Pangie. Soupie for ya

Andrea, I am so tired, I have been up almost all night. Sheesh, this ring is old but fraught with being married in SF. I had several articles about forced vaccines. OMG..to let all know, here and now, they are not sure which vaccine works best with the elderly. Loved mask burnings in NYC.. Too bad the Chewbacca mask does not qualify to wear ..,will see my mail. Pentagon briefing going now on Newsmax App on cell phones live shows, this is scary stuff. Pangie

Such a great feeling when you find something that you lost. In your case you struck gold. Glad your story had a happy ending. Tom

Searching at such hours, early in the am was an act, I never expected to do. Tom, you know you make me glad to be here. Your generosity of spirit will be rewarded, of course in the next lifetime. I liked the Senryu also! I don't know if the word, boss, is used in the Uk or elsewhere. But I like it...Again, such a backup-friend. You are. FOTY! Friend of the Year. Pangie!
