My Little Girl

Shadow's my little girl appropriately named for her ebony fur: my black pearl. A lazy cat sleeping all day, she tends to purr: she's fat. She's slow: yet, I love her so. Shadow's my little girl, sleeping all day, she tends to purr so.

A beautiful black cat. I can see how you love her very much. Your poem is a sweet tribute. It flows so nicely..."so"

I like how your sentences flow and are very well written. I had a black cat too. She died a few years ago. Congrats to you.

Thanks Andrea, my Little Girl is going on 16 now and is still just as playful as the kitten she was years back... or at least I like to think so; your comments are most welcomed my friend, Emile.
